Halifax and Nationwide have reported that the prices have risen in the month of June. Many agents are beginning to encourage sellers to put their property on the market as the buyers are seemingly returning to the market in force. The gap between the asking price and the sale price is continuously narrowing. Considering the low interest rate which is expected to be holding for at least another 18 months, this may be the right time for moving which many were putting off.
